In this challenging position at the Legal Department, you are part of a team of experts. You will be dealing with a variety of legal affairs. One of the main focuses will be dealing with all types of claims (e.g. cargo and stevedore claims). Furthermore you will give legal advice on several topics, including contracts, charterparties, sanctions, trade regulations and compliance matters. Your daily work includes but is not limited to:
