When you put your cargo, your business, into our hands, you deserve no less than the highest level of product care at all times and in all places.

The true added value of specialised reefer shipping by Seatrade lies in the quality control guaranteed by our technology and our crews.

The quality code we live by is called 360 Quality Control... and the name says it all. The 360 Quality Code lays down quality standards to identify, prevent, measure and control potential damages to cargo throughout the entire supply chain.

360 Quality Control
Seatrade was a key driver behind the 360 Quality launch back in 2005. Today, the Code is well on its way to becoming the industry standard and a quality trademark for reefer shipping companies and their service providers around the world. Only organisations complying with the rigorous 360 standards are free to use the 360 Quality trademark to express their dedication to cargo care.

Transparency
Looking at the entire supply chain, from grower to end consumer, the 360 Quality Code prescribes various checkpoints and continuous communication between partners in the supply chain.

Supply chains vary around the world, but the Code’s quality standards provide the framework for outstanding product care at all stages, based on:

  • accountability;
  • proactive communication upstream and downstream;
  • a uniform and standardised way to establish damage;
  • guaranteed compatibility between the cargo to be handled and the equipment to be used.

  • hydrolic system;
  • gratings;
